Hi Everyone, well this week was a very emotional week for me. Alissa for the very first time watched tv!! Marilyn, Alissa's nurse put her right up close to the tv and before you know it...Alissa leaned in and was watching it for at least 30 minutes!! Now of course her vision is very limited however she obviously could see the colors and shapes on the screen and she loved it!!! Imagine... she's four.... most kids start watching tv naturually at 6 monthes of age...baby movies of course.
And for the kisses.... she won't stop.... my heart just melts when every time I pick her up... all she wants to do is give kisses. This is a bright little girl that's for sure. She's my little miss. Knowledge is power, please share this website with everyone you know. If only the whole world could treat people with special needs like the way they deserve to be treated...like you and I.
