I may have told you before but I'm 5 and a half now! I never forget my half birthday because it's on Grandpa Dan's actual birthday! I love thinking I'm so much "older" than some of my friends since I'm "five and a half" now! 

I'm still loving school! I must have a deep love for Iowa and can since when people have a history from Iowa because my teacher is from Iowa and I just love her and my best friend, Lauren, is not from Iowa but she has a love for it like me because her daddy is from Iowa! My teacher actually tought him back in Iowa when he was in kindergarten and now she teaches Lauren and I! We have a little Iowa club!! I've been learning lots of reading words at school and I'm getting pretty good at adding, reading, counting by 5's, 10's, 100's and even talking in front of big groups! We have assembly at our school on Mondays and Fridays where the entire lower school is there. The classes take turns presenting things they have learned in front of the school. Last week my class presented both Monday and Friday. On Monday I said a prayer for the school all by myself while standing in front of the school! Then I participated in the group song we sang for the school. On Friday I took my turn telling the school what makes me a good helper! I did a great job! Mom and Dad were so proud!

I've become a great swimmer and I didn't even end up having swimming lessons! Mom was planning to put me in this month but every time we have a day off of school and on some weekend I go to my BFF's house and she has a nice pool so we swim a lot. I swim just as good as her now so Mom didn't bother putting me in lessons! I can jump in the deep side and swim to the side no problem! I through things to the bottom of the pool and swim down and pick them up! I can hold my breath and open my eyes under water and swim to my destination! No lessons for me just the desire to keep up with all my Floridian friends has did it for me!

Since Spring Break we have taken Jazzy somewhere with us every weekend! She either comes to our house to do something like color eggs and watch movies or we take her to do things! This past weekend she came to my soccer game and then blueberry picking with us! Love her so much!
