Wow, it's hard to believe that little Carsen is turning One! We had his party last weekend and it was lots of fun. He LOVES pumpkins, so we decided to have it at a pumpkin patch. Carsen is walking all over and is very good at it now. He loves it when we put on his shoes because he knows it means we're going outside. He's gotten a few more teeth and will have 6 on the bottom soon! We discovered yesterday that Carsen knows about 30 words. We'll walk into a room and say "where's the clock?" and he'll find it and point to it. He knows basic words like shoe, outside, kitty, t.v., door, doggy, ball and others. It was so cool to find out that he knew all of that. When he points it really sounds like he's saying "right there". When he sees a doggy, he also distinctly says "da" for dog. He knows the difference between Mama and Dada's car and even knows what some words mean in Spanish thanks to Grandma Ofi. He is a lot of fun right now. He eats all sorts of table food that mom and dad eat and loves homemade chicken noodle soup. He basically really wants to eat whatever we're eating. He loves to try and use his fork and gets really excited if he can actually get food onto it and make it into his mouth.
We hope everyone is doing well!
Kindest Regards,
The Arosteguy Family
