Well we are way behind once again!  It has been super busy around here and my computer time is completely gone.  You will understand why when you read Brayson's journal.  But Johnna has been doing so much the past two months.  She truly keeps us entertained.  We had a great visit with my Mom who came to help us during our crazy moments.  We spent a wonderful Easter at home with Dewayne's parents.  Johnna loved decorating eggs.  We put each egg in a color and then pulled them out but Johnna thought they all needed a second coat so she started dropping them (and I do mean dropping them) into all the different colors.  Needless to say they were a very interesting color and we had a nice mess to clean up but we had a ton of fun.  She got a little red car for her Easter gift and she LOVES it.  She wouldn't part from it at all that day.  It even had to go in her room to take a nap with her.  She also got a water table from her Pop and G that she LOVES.   
We took a quick trip back to West Texas to attend Mom (Dewayne's grandmother's funeral).  She was a beautiful, sweet women who was dedicated to Lord and her family and she is truly missed by all of us.  It was great to see all of the family although we sure wish it was under different circumstances.  We miss everyone!! 
Johnna is quickly changing from my sweet little baby girl to a toddler.  I feel like to time is just flying by for her and her brother.  She has begun talking so much more and she has a lot to say.  She loves her baby brother and for a while she was calling him sin because she was only saying the last part of his name Bray-son.  LOL...so we began working on that because well lets face it that is just a horrible nickname and  she now calls him Brayson which sometimes comes out Brasy when she is talking super fast. 
We went for Johnna's 18 month check up recently and she is weighing in at 23 lbs.  She is so tiny.  She is in the 25 percentile for her weight and her height.  Dr. Watts isn't concerned she is just going to be a little girl.  Now her brother...that is another story.  But you can check that out on his page. 
Johnna absolutely loves breakfast foods.  For every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even snack time)  she is asking for Panpakes (pancakes), waffles, or syr (syrup).  SHE IS OBSESSED seriously.  She loves to go for walks and she loves to play with her babies.  She also is VERY helpful with Brayson.  She loves to burp burp Brayson (her words).  She loves to help me in the kitchen.  She has a HUGE interest in music.  She likes to play Dewayne's guitar and sing a song.  She is an AMAZING dancer (for an 22 month old).  Her favorite show is Fresh Beat Band (or the Fresh Feets as she likes to say).   She took her first fishing trip at the ranch during our last visit and she wasn't that excited about it but I think it was because of the long walk. 
We are so blessed to have a such a beautiful and precious little girl.  She truly brings so much joy into all of our lives!  It is hard to believe that she will be turning 2 very soon!
