It's official... Brayden is going to be a BIG brother this Summer!! The news came as a suprise shortly before Christmas. After a little shock at first, we were thrilled. We are still waitint to confirm a due date, but Baby Hawkins #2 should arrive early August.
Brayden might have seen the news coming. Just weeks before we found out we were expecting Brayden drew a family picture at school that included "my baby." We didn't think much of it until our suprising news came later. He's already excited about the new baby in Mommy's tummy.
We had an ultrasound and saw our little bean (yes, there was just one in there) and his/her heartbeat. We will go in for another ultrasound on January 13th. Hopefully we will come home with pictures our little one to share! :)
