Walkin', Talkin' Tot

Zoe conitnues to learn more words every single day.  It is crazy having conversations with her.  This morning she was eating breakfast and said her favorite two little words, "What's dat?"  I told her, "cereal bar."  She just looked at it and kept eating it.  A couple minutes later she pointed to it to show Nate and me and said, "Seal-we-uh bar."  We cheered for her and laughed, and of course called her a genius.  Everyday things like this happen. Just a minute ago Nate was giving her a bath and I walked in and asked her if she was having fun.  Her answer, "Yes. It's so fun!"  Really Zoe?  Whole sentences?  Who taught you that?!?!  I also had a picture up on the computer of another baby.  Zoe saw the picture and said, "Awwww.  Dat baby's cute."  I was amazed!

Other than that we have been super busy trying to get our house looking great so that we can hopefully sell it.  We both agree that if we want more children, which we do, that we need more room.  Since I work from home some days I need to have an office, and really don't want two babies in the same bedroom becausse the only thing worst than one baby up in the middle of the night is two!  Recently houses in our neighborhood have been going up and getting offers in a week, and for asking prices higher than I imagined.  These are great first time homes, and I think the stimulus package is actually helping to get these houses sold.  We'd love to make some money off our house, then get a great deal on a home that would accomodate our growing family.  There are lots of things to be done around here before we can put it up, and with a toddler around it makes getting things done quite difficult.  Hopefully it'll be up soon, but we'll see.

I have added photos and a couple of videos.  I don't remember what these videos are so hopefully you will enjoy them!

Kindest Regards,
The Epp Family
