Well, we've come a long way in the last six months! Natalya now weighs 16 pounds, 1 ounce and is 28 inches long! She is growing like a weed.

Every day is new and exciting. Natalya still loves bananas, but has taken a liking to many veggies and oatmeal too. We found out last night that she is not a fan of Beechnut chicken and chicken broth. From the smell, I can't say that I blame her. Overall, she is a pretty good eater.

She is almost sitting up by herself and like to put everything in her mouth. She is quite the social butterfly, and enjoys hanging out with her new friends Foster, McKenna, Taylor, Audrey, Laine and Ian.

Natalya is also starting to assert her independence and determination. She puts her pacifier in her mouth all by herself and directs my hand to her mouth when she is eating something she particularly likes, like bananas! She can flip herself over both ways, but seems to have forgotten that she can flip herself from her belly to her back.

Anyway, we're having a blast. She is getting so big and we'll be putting up gates around the house before we know it! I promise to update the site very soon with some 6-month photos!
