What's going on at The Thurmond's?

NEW VIDEO & New pictures below

Raelynn- She has developed quite a personality. Repeats everything even things that you don't want her to like "Shut up" which she heard her father say while playing video games, "No Ma'am" when you are doing something she doesn't want you to do since thats what she hears us say to her, "gum it" which is short for dag gum it which we say often when you drop something etc. However she does say some sweet things like "stay here, Mommy" when she doesn't want me to leave for work, "thank you" while cocking her head to the side and grinning when you do something for her or when she's trying to convince you that what she's doing is ok, "Hey Holder" anytime she first sees him from waking up or being away from him and many others. And some funny things like "Thanks Lester" which she picked up off of the tv (see video), and "Home, Tj's"  as we are pulling into the driveway (Tj's is her form of Pj's). It is never a dull moment with her not to mention the fun arguments we have due to her OCD tendencies.
Just this week she has started saying her full name "Raelynn Faith" and now her last name. She still loves to sing! Her latest songs from singing with Momo are "Building up the Temple" and "My cup is full and running over." And from Puggles at church "Wheels on the Bus," "BIBLE" and the game "Red Rover." It is so awesome when she starts singing something that I know I haven't done with her yet, and I have to go to Mom and Megan and see where she got it from. I am thankful for my mom and the ladies at church that spend so much time with her and are teaching her things like this.

Holder- cooing and laughing like crazy- He thinks it's hilarious to watch Raelynn pop up at him or run by him. I started giving him rice cereal a few weeks ago- he thinks he must eat when we get to the table! He is a happy baby most of the time as long as his mouth is not hurting, he doesn't have gas, or he's not sleepy..that kind of narrows it down. He wakes up once most nights which I'm looking forward to ending. I can't believe he is almost 4 months. Where has the time gone?

SNOW-Raelynn enjoyed watching it from inside and was amazed by it falling and covering the ground; however, she was not so impressed by touching it or it touching her. She screamed when Nana threw a snowball at her, fussed saying "pj's, shoes" when she realized it was on her shoes and pants, and said "no, cold" when I tried to get her to hold a snowball. All in all it was a fun experience but we didn't play too much since her OCD tendencies kept her from wanting much to do with the stuff. Go figure! Maybe once she gets older...

Daddy & Mommy- adjusting to life with two - We are starting to get into a routine of who can do what to get it all done. It's a challenge but we work it out eventually! And no 2 days are alike so it's constantly changing. We don't do the whole Valentines Day dinner, gifts, etc. But you could say WE got something this year since we got it the day before V-day, I guess? I've been wanting my own gun, so we bought one today at the gun show in Macon. Can't wait to shoot it!

Sorry I don't update often but if YOU will come watch the kids..I'll be glad to post videos, pictures, and details!!!
