Last week wasn't too good. Rachel ended up in the Children's Ward one evening because she had a really high temperature. The doctors and nurses were very kind, and she didn't have to stay the night because her temperature came down and she perked up. Julianne ended up in Casualty last Saturday because she got her thumb caught in the car door and Mummy was worried that it might have been broken. She had to have an X-ray to check, but all was OK. She liked seeing her thumb as a skeleton!]
This week we went to the park with Gran & Grandpa. We played on the climbing frame and slide, then had an ice lolly, then played in the sensory garden (there's a really good glockenspiel to bash, and a bridge through the willow tree), then went to feede the ducks! On Friday Nana & Grandad came to visit us. We had lots of fun playing with them! We went to the park again, and we showed them Gran & Gradpa's new house. We went out for dinner; Julianne ate two helpings of dinner and a whole ice cream! We also painted the flower pots that Nana brought for us. It was good fun painting and we didn't get too messy. We're going to plant some seeds in them and see what grows.
